I have been asked to service one of these boilers 2 years old but I haven't dealt with one before. Is it just a big ecotec or different heat exchanger? Anything to look out for?

Go-to bog was Ideal Standard Della from Screwfix but appears discontinued replaced by rimless version that everyone says is no good in the reviews. Navis Lamone from Wolseley looks reasonable from the one pic (and no dimensions given) on the site. Anyone fitted it? Looks reasonable? Not too...

Is Gledhill my only option for a direct thermal store? They seem very expensive for what it is. Got an all electric flat and the cylinder is in the centre so no where to take the prv for an unvented.
