Can anyone suggest a decent replacement for this? It’s in a fairly busy commercial kitchen serving 4 sinks. Client says that this is the 2nd one they have had in 2 years and both have packed up.

I have been asked to service one of these boilers
2 years old but I haven't dealt with one before.
Is it just a big ecotec or different heat exchanger?

With the increased popularity of press fit and MLCP what are peoples go to brands??
I have used u-heat on here for UFH and MLCP pipe and fittings and they have been superb but I’m just curious if anyone would care to suggest preferred alternatives as well as m profile copper...
On googling it seems this is not sediment, just c02. It turns clear within a few seconds on standing still.

I usually buy Uponor, and currently have a big stock of fittings, but I am keen to buy some cheaper pipe to use with them.
Vaillant fibre washers have gone thin and cheap.
I picked up some regin from the merchants but they are the same.
Any recommendations for decent thick fibre washers?
