hi

looking for a quiet compact combi with a good warranty....

could anyone advise how loud the vision 30c is in operation?

thanks :)

one of quietest boilers are vaillants think they have won awards for it, also if registered through vaillant then you get 7 years free warranty or pay extra for 10 years but the caveat is you need to have it serviced every year to keep th ewarranty in place

thanks i looked at these and while good quality they seem expensive for install and purchase - as i understand to get more than 2 yrs warranty they need to be installed by a vaillant "advance installer"(?)

Worcester Bosch Greenstar by Accredited installer, with primary filter and controller, 10 year warranty, 0% finance for 12 months, but same with warranty tied to servicing, but worcester aftersales service is top notch

INTERGAS if you want a quiet operation boiler they do compact versions , I cant help with vokera as I don't fit them regards kop

i will say this with boilers you tend to get what you pay for, vaillants, and viessmann are what i like to fit

I would have thought cheap = noisy and expensive = quieter. Bit like dishwashers etc.

Can't beat a 30 year old oil boiler, you can hear it running two streets away

Recently had a Viessmann Vitodens combi boiler installed, quite often when the adjacent cold mixer tap is opened the boiler starts for a few seconds! Can anyone tell me what is causing this? And how to cure?

Hello, I am seeking some advice, I have a POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler and I noticed yesterday that the water around the house is no longer warming up. The heat exchanger has been changed 6 months ago, so I do not believe it is that. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks

Hi. I need a new toilet supply line but don’t know the size type of the fitting at the shut off valve. It is not 3/8 compression. It is a plastic nut about the same size as the one going into the cistern but has a different thread. Attached is a photo. Can you advise. Thanks.

Hi, My current hot water system needs to be replaced. Anyone got any suggestions or can recommend any plumbers around Derrimut area that won't rip me off? An office guy recommended me to apply for government rebates and get it installed through timetosave.com.au. How reliable is this...
