I'd probably go straight to the manufacturer, Hansgrohe are good with aftersales service stuff, well they were when I contacted them.

I did contact Hansgrohe via local merchant, reply was; because it was low pressure, the body of the tap was made by Peglar, and they don't have any parts.
 
Bummer.
It's a shame cos they're not cheap taps but that's about where I'd be deciding to swap the taps out for new ones.
They'll be nice and heavy for your scrap pile though, silver lining and all that ;)
