hi guys, came across my first valiant combi. I couldn't figure out how to get high fire and low fire to check my ratios and co2.
There wasn't a manual.
Any advice?
I'm used to Worcester boilers.

Thanks Scott. Is it me but there's too much electronics digital buttons. I've looked at the manual and I still can't find how to set it to high n low fire?
thanks

I was close I managed to get to the installers level. And it displayed from 00 -80 odd. I stay this where I select 17 then I'm in the p codes?

● Press and hold the top 2 buttons above the + and - for 5 seconds
● On release scroll down using the + and - to installer level then press select
● 00 should appear, using the + button go to code 17 then press ok
● Scroll down using the + and - to test program (p) and then press select
● Scroll down to check programs and press select
● Using + and - scroll to p.01 (max) co2 reading 9.2 +/- 1.0
● Press select to come out of max and using + and - scroll to P.02 (min) select
● Co2 reading of 9.2 +/- 1.0
● When finished scroll back to user display
Please note that the minimum setting cannot be adjusted as this is auto adjusted dependant on the maximum being set correctly.
To set the maximum, locate the small black cap at the top of the gas valve and gently remove it to reveal a brass throttle.

Clockwise decreases the co2 and anti clockwise increases the co2.

I recently had a new 2023 Vaillant ecoTec plus 630 (30kW) system boiler installed along with a Low Loss Header (LLH) in my house. I have 21 rads in the house and a room with UFH. The LLH was introduced as I was finding (before the LLH was fitted) that my old boiler (Vaillant heat-only boiler)...

Hello everyone, I'm facing an issue with my Vaillant EcoTec 832 boiler and would greatly appreciate your expert advice. The Problem: Heating Not Working Normally. When I turn on the heating, it doesn’t start. However, I still receive hot water, suggesting the boiler does work in some...

Hi, I have a TURBOMax Plus 828E in a small Annex that only has 3 Rads. The boiler Cycles but is only ignited for about 30-40 seconds before reaching target Temp and then goes on pump overrun. Given that there are only 3 Rads and are 'designer' with a total combined KW spec of about 2.5kw, the...

Hi We've got a Vaillant ecotec plus 428 that doesn't seem to want to supply any heat to the radiators despite the hot water working just fine. Of some importance (I think) is that there is no radiator symbol displayed on the boiler screen, only a tap. We have a wireless thermostat (Altech...
