Got gas safe lpg engineer to fit pipework for boiler around building for gas

But got alarmed done all the work an put slabs down

as it doesnt comply with regulations is right by electrics next to ac units
Also is less then 30 from opening window and on wooden building

I'm a bit annoyed with the bill being nearly £1000 for a incorrect job

Can anyone advise on this

Hi boiler was already installed as its commerical property
Was a 3 building split
Boiler and radiators were already installed and was running on bulk tank.
but was not in suitable place as in other persons area
So had to get new pipework an bring it around the side of the building but was all done by lpg engineer who decided to stick pipework an he got the slabs sorted

Had calor reps out and were not impressed as they say the bottles are going to be only just under the window and not the 30cm clearance
Also has electrical cables for ac unit there
And timber building
Can supply pictures but have to be direct
