What size heating element is needed for this tank?

The combination boiler feeds hot water to everything else bar the bath and shower. This tank only feeds the shower and bath.

No hot water in bath tap

The only hot tap that doesn't give constant hot water in the house is the bath tap. It gets hot for seconds and then goes lukewarm/cold. The connector had been disconnected from the tap, opened up the isolation valve and let the water run in to a bucket with the same thing happening, starts hot...

    Old 1/2 inch stop tap

Does anyone know where you can by the old 1/2 inch stop taps? Or an adapter for the slightly bigger nut to 15mm? The thread on the body of the stop tap is too big for a 15mm nut but to small for 22mm nut. It is only just too big for the 15mm nut. The nut that was attached to the old stop tap...

    Basin and Bath waste pipe

Cheers for that. I see how the individual pipes should be but I'm still not sure how the principles apply when a tee is put in place. For instance if 32mm basin pipe was increased to 40mm after 1.7m, then ran for 0.3m in 40mm before the tee, do I then add on 1m of pipe in 40mm from the bath to...

    Basin and Bath waste pipe

The basin waste runs horizontally for about 2m in 32mm and the bath waste runs for about 1m before they meet and tee together. From the tee the waste pipe runs horizontally for about 2m in 40mm to the soil stack. If you look at the pic the top pipe with the level on is 40mm bath waste and the...
