It basically reads the temperature and how much water the tenants use
Unfortunately you are wrong as It measures the energy consumption in heating or in cooling circuits.unlikely ron its not a heat meter

And yes it does read the temperature.
But that does not go into the bit you are replacing? Or does it?
Hold on I'm getting comfused now that is temperature and pressure isn't it?
https://sensus.com/products/pollucom-e/explain to me how then it has nothing to sense flow or time
So then you are correct, it would need to be in a wet pocket for the bar to work? Or am I wrong?
This is a separate device that measures flow. It is nothing to do with the gauge or fitting you showed us? How was we to know that the flow meter was fitted from your pictures?
Yep, that's what I meant, but did not quite type the right wording. Sorrywill work with a dry but if you want pressure as well you need a wet
I have never mentioned that I replaced the part Shaun has showed you? This is a separate device that measures flow. It is nothing to do with the gauge or fitting you showed us? How was we to know that the flow meter was fitted from your pictures?
