Hi All
I have a Worcester Bosch Hi Flow 400 RSF Gas Boiler
When the heating is turned off , and hot water on, the boiler fires and gives hot water.
When the water is turned off ,and heat on , the boiler fires and gives heat.

When both turned on, boiler will not fire up.

Any ideas please.
Thanks
Rob

Best option is to get a local gas safe engy out to check it over

Hi Shaun , Thanks for the response,
I am a simple plumber, My good mate who is a Gas Safe registered, heating engineer, at first view, does not know what the problem is. So we thought it may be a good idea to post on this forum in case any of you super technical guys out there had experienced anything similar and hopefully get a heads up and some ideas.
It seems not, But thanks anyway.

Morning. You would get a much faster response if your Gas safe mate had an account on here and had posted it for you. It is not that Shaun doesn't want to comment. It is the fact the we are not allowed to discuss gas safe issues with people who are not registered with the above mentioned governing body. Sorry.

Hello, I am seeking some advice, I have a POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler and I noticed yesterday that the water around the house is no longer warming up. The heat exchanger has been changed 6 months ago, so I do not believe it is that. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks

I have an ideal vogue max S18 boiler and I’m considering fitting auto balancing TRVs, my question relates to the boilers pump. I see a boiler pump menu for either 70% or 100%, so, is the pump set at either one of two fixed speed percentages or does the pump actually vary speed, (modulate)...

Hi they used to say as a last resort you could discharge the D2 pipework at high level and turn it back to the wall. Similar to a combi boiler. I have just looked back through the regs this seems to have changed and it isn't mentioned now. It now mentions if at high level it should be discharged...
