Just after some opinions.
Our house has a GSHP, with twin pump (11kw each) and has spare capacity.
The garage / annexe building is about 10 metres from the house and it has just been finished, but needs heating. The ground floor is about 65 sqm, and first floor about 55 sqm.

The ground floor is a garage, and has underfloor pipework - would like it to stay above 10C. The ground floor also has a small bathroom with a shower.

The first floor in this outbuilding will be an office and get used 5-10 days a month. There are no rads or UF pipework up there.

Overall the building has excellent insulation, even the garage doors have 50mm high performance insulation.

The question is, what's the best way to heat this building?

In theory I can run heavily insulated pipework from the house and use the cheap hot water from the GSHP - but then again, the temp is fairly low, as compared to a fossil fuel boiler.

Or, I can get an LPG combi boiler for the outbuilding.

Which option I choose will have a bearing on the first floor office, because with GSHP I will need more radiators than with an LPG solution.

I got two quotes for the LPG option, and they are about 5k-7.5k
Not sure how to cost the GSHP option, as I will need to think about having or not having tanks etc.

What do you think guys?
thanks!

Reverse cycle air conditioners ?
For the areas you mentioned you would not need large capacity units and may be able to wire each one from the existing electrical supply.
With a COP of @ 3, you might find this the best and cheapest solution

I would do an lpg boiler on either cylinders or underground tank depending what's acceptable sight wise

thanks OZ-plumber
is that an air-source heat pump?

Just google Daikin split system, Panasonic split systems. - or numerous other brands.

I think you guys call them air to air heat pumps.
Anyway you get heating & cooling out of the same unit.
