Hi guys

Just a quickie re the WC pan-connector below. I guess this must be a solvent-weld fit to the soilpipe? It needs replacing so I am intending to cut the soilpipe at the joint and fit a conventional connector where the finned seal goes inside the soilpipe. Anything wrong with this idea?

Thanks for any tips.

Nope your fine normally cut just after the white collar but as long as your on to 110mm pipe your fine

True, depends if you can get one the right length, a lots of merchants don't stock them.

Cut to your own length it's the only one I use even if it's short just cut to what ever I need

Just looked at them and they look good. The mc alpine ones I've used in the past have been white rubbers on pan end and never liked the fit. I guess it's what we get used to using.
