Hi. We moved into our house last year and the kitchen tap has been dropping since we've moved in. Finally getting around to looking at it! I'm guessing it's just needs a replacement washer or something, but I can't figure out how to open it up. Any ideas?

It's a Swan neck tap, with a single lever block to the side. I can't seem to get to the screws inside the lever block. And there's a small screw on the back of the neck area. Have tried unscrewing but the neck doesn't come off. I don't want to force anything in case I break it.

Have attached some photos. Any suggestions appreciated. I don't know the make or model of this tap.

Easier just to change the tap. That one will need a new cartridge. Fine if you know the make.

As above but if you really want to the where I have circled in the pic. The little cap will pop out and will expose an grub screw inside. Loosen this and the lever will pull off and expose the cartridge
