I had one the other day where a new boiler and unvented had been fitted. He wanted me to fit a nest and wire the boiler/controls and cylinder in at the same time.

After a few emails back and forward
They have had a house renovated and the builder ran away, builders plumber finished off the job.
They want it checked over to make sure its safe.
I offered a gas safety check at £70 and quote to fix any issues, but they want me to go round and survey the job and quote to sort it out

Recently had a Viessmann Vitodens combi boiler installed, quite often when the adjacent cold mixer tap is opened the boiler starts for a few seconds!
