Simple question, I hope. Which Internal Grant system combi boiler has a top / vertical flue option? We need a 21Kw but it can only vertical. Grant's info doesn't seem to make it very clear. Thanks in advance.

The grant vortex combi 21, will be the one but yes they come straight out the top of the casing, simple flue systems to fit and really good sturdy quality gear

One I done a while ago itā€™s on a system boiler but itā€™s exactly the same

Thanks so much for that Karl. The photo is a great help, Grant's brochures don't state flue options for the 21 only seem to show the 36 having the top exit. Bacon saved, I have ordered a suitable one and the white vertical flue system. Glad the installer won't make me change it.

Obviously it varies but we have fit up to 4-6 boilers a month and grant is always the option! (Unless the customer really wants something else) most installer friendly, reliable and the customer services team at grant are brilliant! Hope everything goes well with your install

Hello, I am seeking some advice, I have a POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler and I noticed yesterday that the water around the house is no longer warming up. The heat exchanger has been changed 6 months ago, so I do not believe it is that. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks
