"Super recogniser" is a term coined in 2009 by Harvard and University College London researchers for people with significantly better-than-average face recognition ability. Super recognisers are able to memorise and recall thousands of faces, often having seen them only once.
This bath filler/overflow is supposed to turn to divert water flow to a shower above. It’s not clicking across anymore. Does anyone recognise it? Fitted in 2014. It was installed together with this Bristan inbuilt thermostatic controller.
Hi
The shower head holder for this rail/riser is broken. I want to see if I can buy a replacement insert or complete holder, rather than replace the whole rail, which would be a lot more effort.
Does anyone have any idea what brand or model this might be? The shower head has been replaced and I...
Thanks for looking.

Hi all,
this is my first post, so hello to everyone!

Looking to replace the TRV head on a radiator but I don't know what brand it is. Does anyone recognise it? Or do you know any replacement TRV heads that would be compatible?
Hi, I have an old and quite long house with a gravity fed system. This item pictured I think is a pump or valve, it’s attached to the 22mm cold feed from attic tank to hot cylinder below. It is wired up to a 3 pin plug and on a timer! It’s not actually plugged in but when I do it just...
I’ve been hearing a noise for some time in one room of my flat - it’s like a regular tapping/knocking sound that comes and goes intermittently. The boiler is in the middle of the flat and the flue and pipes run in the void at the top (flue) and bottom (pipes) of the wall where the noise is...
Hi
I'm trying to find a replacement for this toilet seat, but can't seem to find anything similar, other than Twyford e500, which is the same shape, but too narrow. The toilet is 400mm wide, which is a lot wider then most seats i can find.
Thanks
Steve

Hope someone can identify what I need to connect my new toilet pan to the vertical soil pipe in the bathroom floor.
The old toilet's pan drained vertically into the soil pipe. I now need to fit a new toilet + pan connector, but the flange in the floor doesn't appear to be catered-for when it...
