Suppliers in a supply chain are often ranked by "tier", first-tier suppliers being those who supply direct to the client business, second-tier being suppliers to the first tier, etc.

    Hi all, I work for a small independent and we're always trying to make our offering better. What service/features do you expect from them? Is it important for you to be able to check stock/trade prices on their website? That they always serve free coffee, etc.
