Theft is the taking of another person's property or services without that person's permission or consent with the intent to deprive the rightful owner of it.     Obviously all copper, brass, lead etc is weighed in and sold for beer money but what do you do with old toilets, dishwashers, baths etc,? my local tip is a fortune to use the weighbridge so I can't imagine many plumbers/builders use them.
