    Hi,

What type of floor do you have ? Do you use any floating sheets?

We used to build a former out of plywood. It took us 1/2 hour but the distance between the pipes were 200mm.

IMG_0005.GIF Use a counter flow layout. Go into the room, run round the perimeter, run round at 200mm centres, get to the middle and come back out.
No problem getting 100 centres. Works better too.

The straight runs are obviously no problem; when you get to the turn form a light bulb shape and carry on. if the outer curves of the light bulb shape are close together don't worry--far better than kinking the pipe!
