Need to find a replacement for this tap as both spline and cartridge have worn down

Been looking and can't seem to find an identical option, or any that have ceramic piece on crossheads

Believe these aren't made any more, so any advice would be appreciated

Bit old I know but I'm about to strip out a load of Sanitan stuff during a modernisation project for a guest house and I can save the taps if you want.
