By accident we flushed down the cat poo with a big scoop of wooden cat litter pellets (Tesco brand).
The saniflo engineer came and made sure the machine is working. He tried to unblock the pipe with what looked like bicycle pump & his big hoover but it remained blocked.
He hoovered up all the dirty water so that the loo would not overflow but said he could not do anything more.

I have had 3 lots of British Gas plumber & Dynorod but they refused to touch the pipe because 'it is too small for their machine' & they said the pipe will break & leak waste everywhere.
The whole toilet has been taken out to allow easy access to pipe but Dynorod said they cannot do it.

The toilet is on top floor (3rd floor) facing the street so we don't know which way the waste pipe runs to. The toilet in the floor below is working & there's no problem elsewhere.

I'm at my wits end as no one seems to be able to fix this. Please help.

Welcome to the forums qvc.

I presume it is 22mm pipe, add in a couple of sharp 90 degree elbows somewhere in the pipe run under the floor and you`ve now got big problems. (but you know that).

Guess you have 2 choices, cut out and replace the complete pipe run or try a nasty dangerous acid drain cleaner.

Hello all, I’m replacing a concrete paving slab patio in the back yard. The original patio used 50mm deep concrete slabs on hardcore & sand. I’m planning to pour a 100mm deep concrete patio on 100mm hardcore. In order to achieve the same final height to line up with the rest of the patio, I...

Hi, Can anyone advise as to why the cold water to my bathroom keeps airlocking? This originally happened about 12 months ago and has happened 3-4 times since. It’s an upstairs bathroom, fed from a tank in the attic. The tank is about 8 Meters away and feeds a bath, sink and toilet. The tank...
