At what height should a F&E tank be positioned in a roof space, ie loft, in relation to the domestic cold water tank, same level ?, above?, and how high should the open vent be above the F&E tank, the highest point of the bend, as this is the height water will start to enter the F&E tank, I have read many conflicting posts regarding F&E tanks in other forums, ie height from boiler to F&E tank, height from cylinder to F&E tank, all different. so can some please explain.
thank you.
