Hi, I get my water from the nearest farm. So pressure is very low, have recently had a loft conversation, which means I have no room for a header tank.
Can I install a header tank in my brick shed, near the mains meter with a pump to get the required pressure to the first floor?
Do I have to leave cold taps on the standard mains, or just the kitchen one?
    Many thanks for your help.

    Fit a DAb esybox.
Not cheap, but will cure the problem.

Yes you can as above easy box and separate tank

In regards to capacity of the tank go for the largest you can afford / fit

And you can have the whole system off the tank and pump if you would like

    Hi Chalked / Shaun,
Quick google says a typical bath is 100 litres. As that is the biggest single item that will need filling, and the fact that the header tank will start filling as soon as you start using it, will the below be sufficient?
20 Gallon / 91 Litre Cold Water Loft Tank

and will this pump be suitable?
    DAB E.SYBOX Mini Booster Set
Many thanks for your advice :)
