Polypipe digital thermostat

I presently have installed polypipe digital thermostats, and they keep requesting heat at 1200 everyday, even though it is not set to come on then and the room is above temperature.
Can anyone advise why this is?

I'm not an expert with Polypipe controls so it might be worth to speak to them directly.

POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler - Hot Water Issue

What is correct toilet supply line
Hi. I need a new toilet supply line but don’t know the size type of the fitting at the shut off valve. It is not 3/8 compression. It is a plastic nut about the same size as the one going into the cistern but has a different thread. Attached is a photo. Can you advise. Thanks.
