He wee's all over the carpet around the toilet and is convinced its the toilet leaking for the foul yellow soup all over the carpet.

I told him if the bowl is cracked it would be more or less a continous leak and it would be 99% fresh water but he wasnt having any of it and insists on a new toilet.

Its funny how when ever this come up its always right at the front of the toilet.
 
I had a job like that once. Every morning it would dripmthrough the kitchen ceiling into his dogs bowl.
Big yellow stain down front of bowl ( urine salts/solid deposits).

How one cannot see that themselves is beyond me!
