Hi Guys , I am putting a couple of extra Rads in a custs house . Plus a towel Rad . The towel rad is only going to be heated with an elecrtric element and not connected to the central heating . I have fixed the Towel rad with element onto shower room wall , but I am not sure wether to fill towel rad with water and Inhibitor right up to the top ? or are you supposed to leave a bit of air at top to allow for expansion ?
Any ideas please . I dont know if it makes any difference , but It is a chromed towel rad from frontline . Thanks .

Fill all the way to the top rung and yes add inhb
