Damsel in distress....I have a valiant ecotech plus 624 boiler and suddenly I have no hot water the boiler feeds a tank in the airing cupboard. I have tried everything and did succeed in getting hot water but only if I also put the CH on! There are no fault numbers showing. Could this be the diverter value stuck on CH? Thank you

Can you take a photo of the tank and the pipework in your airing cupboard please?
