OK, so this boiler will not light.....unless I restrict the air intake into the venturi. I Adjusted the gas valve (as instructed by Vokera) to the "default" settings but still no joy their tech support is pretty poor. Am I missing something or is the gas valve faulty.

In case anyone asks, YES I'M GSR.
 
@Lou any update on his gas safe entry ?
 
Now now don't forget most of us have day jobs and are quite busy, I'm sure Lou will get round to you as soon as she can
