hi lads & lasses.....

Can you tell me is it water by-laws to fit isolater valves etc. to hot and cold pipes on sinks and baths...and cold feed on toilets..........dave..

fitting isolater valves is part of the water regs but not every bathroom/kitchen installer knows the water regs

More common sense than water regs. Always a sigh of relief when the previous plumber has fitted them!

cheers lads thought it might be, tiling 3 barn conversions and have toilets and basins to take out for floor tiling and only toilets have isolators on them...what a bugger.....dave..

Get them fitted Dave, for less than a quid each(screwfix only 68p last time I bought some)
then you only have to turn the water off once!
