    I have a 2 bed mid terrace
    it has 6 rooms
    1 bathroom
    1 small shower room / utility room
    2 beds
    lounge
    kitchen
    I have 6 radiators plus 1 towel radiator
    My house gets warm very easily

    the pipes are copper coming from radiators if that helps though some are the flexible pipes

    it comes from my combi boiler

    Combi boilers are rated on there hot water demand not the heating kw / capacity

    28-32kw depending on your cold mains flow

    Higher the kw the more hot water flow you will get
