Tearing my hair out trying to find out who makes this kitchen mixer tap. Need to order some spare parts but no idea who makes it. I think it came from B and Q but couldn't be certain.

Here's a picture. Anyone any ideas??

I think Bristan tend to have a model number on the reverse near where the spout svivel thing is. 5 or 6ish digit code?

Ive had a few problems in my 57 years to tear my hair out over, a tap would not be one of them!!
