hi guys I went to breakdown today. The boiler fault code was 219 e9 saftey temperture too high? How do you fix this and would this happen? I reset it and everything is bk to normal bk then it went bk to the fault code.
 
Pump working ?
 
I know the previous plumber charge the expansion vessel as it had been activated. Any other suggestions please
 
Dirty system
Temp sensor on its way out
Diverter not moving fully to heating etc

Heat can't get away so start one end and start checking things off

Unvented discharge at high level current regs
