When installing a system with zoned heating, could there be a problem with reverse circulation if you had two flows (one for each zone) but had only one return? I've always ran a separate return for each zone but heard others only install the one return for both zones.
 
I can't see it tbh. I always run each rad back to boiler area when I can and Zv each rad.
 
It is possible same principal as teeing the cylinder in as last tee on the return. Only ever seen it once and it only effected one rad
