Boiler flue?

Has anyone got an idea of how i can get hold of a Chaffoteaux & Maury Britony combi SE 1m flue section.
Who ever installed it made it so it was to short and only just connected half way up. E-on comdemmed it (which is fair play if ya saw it) 2 year ago. Someones bought the house and took on the boiler problem.
The thing is the boiler although it might be abit poo doesn't look in bad shape at all so they aint happy about replacing it.
Anyone got any ideas apart from walk away?

You might get one somewhere but i doubt it.
Raise the boiler a couple of inches
