I live in a maisonette and the people who live above me have been messing with their plumbing. Now every time they use cold water, e.g the flush, washing machine or taps the noise echoes all through the pipes in my house. This is particularly annoying as they use their washing machine late at night and early in the morning. Can anyone advise me please?
