Im installing radiant floor heating in a 900sqft basement in Toronto Canada. I have an existing 60 gal water tank that's mid-life.
Im unsure if I should install a combi-unit or a dedicated boiler (high efficiency wall unit) and keep the 60 gal tank. My considerations are loss in water pressure with the combi-unit, upfront cost and medium term operating costs.
Its a 3 bath house, 2 adults, 2 children. Water pressure ~70psi at main with 3/4" service.
Thanks for your thoughts
