that bloke.

what are the requirements for installing a combi in a bathroom? does any one know off hand the I.E.E wiring regulations , is there anything else i should be aware of?
i might have to put in a temporary bathroom while i get the original bathroom ready (not even at first fix stage yet) , this will be in my extension and this is where the boiler will be sited. is this a good idea?

As said only good practice on the plumbing and gas side, however is a requiremnent on electrical regs side 🙂

a cupboard it is then guys , i take it the power for the boiler must go through an rcd as well?

ed 17 of the regs states that all circuits should have rccb/rcd protection now

i am trying to figure out what will be easiest , moving the boiler to an adjacent room might be an option but the supplier of the boiler told me it would be here in 2-3 days then after taking my money sent me an e mail saying it would take more than 2 weeks 😡 , that kind off threw it all up in the air a bit. might take your advice and go live with the inlaws OP , perhaps get them to come and live here for the duration.😀
