Went to do a landlords today in a ground floor flat.
They have a 3 year old Greenstar 24i Junior, flue goes into stud wall then up, through flat above & into attic.
I couldn't get access to the flat above or the attic today but there is a tile ridge terminal visible on the top of the roof so I'm thinking they might have a vertex flue system.

The boiler's working fine & fga seems ok although on max the co2 is as high as it's allowed to be (10.2)

Apart from needing hatches for the voids, can a condensing boiler be fitted to a vertex flue ? - it just looks & feels wrong to me.

the mi's don't mention it, but then nor do the ones for the non condensing version either.

as i dont fit worcesters i would give there technical a bell 01905754624
