Gloworm Flexicom CX24 low hot water pressure!! Any ideas?

Hi have the above combi boiler in my flat (2.5 yrs old) I have fine cold water pressure in kitchen and bathroom including shower.

The hot water in the kitchen and bathroom including shower is very low. The boiler is showing 1.4bar pressure.

any ideas what could be preventing the hot water from obtaining full pressure?

The boiler was serviced 10months ago but we do live in a hard water area. We have a Aqua Dial combi care scale inhibitor fitted under the sink on the cold water inlet.

It does seem as if the pressure has been getting progressively worse.

could be scale in the boiler or a blocked cold water filter - any local gas safe engineer should be able to sort

Ah ok thanks a lot I did suspect some parts may be scaled up

ok would it be an expensive fix??

if its just a blocked cold water filter would think 1hr labour if its the heat exchanger then approx 3hr labour plus cleaning fluids or new part
