I was called to a job to investigate low water pressure at a property, when I arrived I found that the water supplier had installed a Gundfos JP5 pump which had stopped working. The customer tells me that they turned the power off while they were away for a few days and then they got back the power was restored but the pump stopped working.
I know very little about these pumps, does anyone else have knowledge of them? I have checked and it has power but the pressure gauge reads no pressure, do they need to be primed? The last one I had a problem with had a reset button which solved the problem but this one does not seem to have a reset.
