Morning chaps

I have been asked to price up A complete domestic water refit in a studio flat. Property has no gas so producing hot water is the challenge. For me I have three options:

under sink heater under kitchen sink and bathroom basin and an electric shower.

Under sink heater just under kitchen sink and electric shower. Issue here is that the kitchen sink and the bathroom are quite a distance apart and as such think it would take a long time for hot water to come through in the bathroom.

Last option is a very small unvented cylinder and a thermostatic shower. Obviously with it being a studio Space is of a premium. I would say that the cylinder cannot be more than 450 mm in diameter.

What at would you do?

cheers

If I was living/owning a studio then unvented.

BUT that's only because I know what it is and I suspect a joe blogs custard won't know.

What's their budget? I think that will be the factor?

Unvented all day long, you can buy slimline unventeds but don't forget you need working space, fortunately on a direct one you aren't messing with primary's and 2ports etc
