just wonderd what you guys use for your invoices, do you use a particular programme( if so wich one, cost etcc.) or do you just use your own software on your computer.

answers on a post card🙂

I have a template in word which I add in the details to, then use some free software called cutePDF writer which turns it into a pdf file.

My bigger invoices are typed up in Word.

I have one of those cheap carbon paper invoice books and all my invoices are written in that with the top copy having a stamp on it with my name, address, etc. Where I type up an invoice I only write up basic details (without sending it to the customer) in my invoice book which is kept as a back up to my computer accounts.

i use microsoft excell, made my own template which i use and just fill in the spaces with the details required, i.e site address, invoice address, parts etc. no one has said it doesnt look right,,,,

I got sage when I employed Tris (the boy), makes the wife's job a lot easyer!

Happy Wife= cooked meals!!!😀

Hi. Personally i find a no carbon required invoice book carried with me at all times, helped the cash flow. As i would invoice and collect payment on completion. This info can then be transferred to computer accounts at will.
