can anyone advise on best way to link 2 worcester 18 ri boilers

Worcester provide all the drawings you need to cascade boilers, just follow their instructions (try their website)

Low loss header kit. If your cascadeing them to "only get" 36 kw then id rather just fit a 36kw boiler but depends on what your doing.
