Hello, I have a morco feb 24e lpg boiler in a static caravan that has a problem with the hot water, central heating working fine. When the hot tap is turned on boiler fires up but goes off after a few seconds. When hot tap is turned on in either the bathroom only or the kitchen only then water is luke warm in both. If both the bathroom and kitchen hot water tap is turned on at the same time then the kitchen tap gets red hot whilst the bathroom tap remains luke warm. If anybody has any suggestions as to what is causing this problem I would be very grateful to hear from them.

its possable its the diverter valve diafram but its a real pig to do, better to replace the valve ! but its expensive , usely direct from morco, ring Morco tec, is it showing any fault code ??

thanks for replying. No there is no error code showing.....no light flashing either.

when you say replacing the valve is expensive, can you give me some idea as to what sort of price you are thinking. Is the valve easy enough to replace. Thanks

Are you saying the valve is a real pig to change also?

If they are both pigs to change am I better off just changing the valve diaphragm then? Wouldn't the diaphragm be a cheaper option than the valve at £200? Really appreciate your help on this. Need to get some sort of idea as to how expensive this is going to be.

Reason you have to remove the valve to change diafram, due to position of screws, so if valve has any other faults then you have to remove it again , so better to just replace complete item.
