Hello all,happy new year !

I need to find an electric multipint water heater fed by mains pressure and able to supply a bathroom( including shower), and a kitchen sink. In a soon to be refurbished small first story flat.
There seems to be a lot on the market, can anyone suggest a good quality heater that will fit easily into the existing airing cupboard which is between the kitchen and bathroom.
I` m looking for one thats straight forward to install, doesn`t take up much room, and able to opperate more than one outlet at a time.
any suggestions gratefully received
thanks, malc.

if its feeding a shower, the first thing you need to look at is the shower usage. how long she in shower for, how hot she like it, and anybody else getting in after. how long between showers.
from that work out storage and recupe reqd. then you have storage size. from there, many brands available. but i imagine you be looking at a 150 litre minimum. so your now going a bit upmarket. do the calcs and post them then more info available

Building Reg Part G require that such water heaters be installed by a competent person & the installation be notified to your local building control because of the possible dangers if they are not installed correctly.
Have you got your Part G malc ?
