No hot water

I am having a problem with a glow-worm 40ff micron, it's on an s plan and going into a megaflo. On the programmer the heating works fine when asked and boiler fires, hot water does not meet demand. I have changed honeywell 2 port and also tried a new programmer to no avail.
I have power at the programmer and 2 port and the boiler is not showing a fault code. I can only think its a wiring problem, but seems weird to happen all of a sudden...... Any ideas??

The other piece of info is that the customer had the immersion on permenantly when I got there. She didn't even know it was on

cyl stat failed? hence why they turned on the immersion way back when got your multi meter out and do the basic tests before changing everything
