Hi all,

I'm hoping you might be able to guide me with this.

Everytime the hot water turns on we hear a loud bang from the airing cupboard, which I believe is the pump.

On top of that our boiler, it's an old Ideal Classic from 2006 I believe, gets incredibly hot on the top half. To the point where it's hot to touch.

My main question is, is it dangerous? We've got a plumber coming organised by our landlord but it's not until the middle of November as he's so busy.

Should I be worried, should I be pushing to get this seen faster, or am I worrying about nothing?

Would really appreciate your advice.

Thank you
