i have a potterton performa 28 boiler and when the heating is on the shower works properly but when its turned to hot water only the shower goes cold , I have had british gas in so many times and they say there's nothing wrong but when they changed the heat sink inside there was a small peace of plastic and a screw inside they said don't know what that was and just through it away , please help
