replace grundfos 15-50 with wilo smart pump but now have no hot water or central heat

have replaced the pump but now seems to be no water circulating,have drained and vented rads.disconnected hw zone valve but no water circulating even when hw and ch is on constant

Did you shear the pump valve spindle

have now sorted problem.blockage in filler pipe.cut piping section and replaced
