Good evening

Can somebody please enlighten me on the expected wage of a semi skilled plumber?

my work load has increased to a point where i need to bring somebody on board but as we all know the current prices on site are terrible,

I am therefore looking to employ a second/third year apprentice with site knowledge, i am willing to support them through training but have not got a clue what i should be offering as wages, i do not expect anybody to work for nothing but on the same note i dont want to be the highest payer in town!

Thanks for your time

HI,

Might be an idea to look at JIB rates they give apprentice rates, also i contacted the colleges in the past, they even provided me with the most suitable candidates to save me time and a room to interview them !

I know its difficult but there are so many enthusiastic candidates and so very few places so you should have pick of the crop. Check below for some rates.🙂
