Anyone had problems with diverter valve passing on hot water with a logic?

Can only assume this is the problem on a very annoying intermittent recall. Heating is always on when we are there, crap in the cupboard type job.

Manually pushed the diverter valve assembly in and out and the customer said it made a big improvement but now its come back again, all seems to be free and working but wondering if its not moving all the way across and part of the heat is travelling down the flow?

Anyone had similar?

Cheers in advance

To be fair, only had this and ignition lock out fault which is either the electrode or sometimes spark gen. Compare that to Worcester and its a very reliable piece of kit to date.

Might be on a dirty system. Cart gets caked up. The demand is constant , flow turbines get scaled up. Check output as each one different colour.

Just a thought..... Slow DCW down? Might be 24kw at the 23lpm [emoji301]️[emoji300]️[emoji80][emoji80][emoji302][emoji16][emoji387]

What about the flow switch? If the light is flickering or intermittently going off then this may cause the same issue. I've changed a few of those.
